• The Natali Vineyards site was selected in the spring of 2000 and after 2 years of bio-renovation the first 2000 vines were planted. Each subsequent year more vines were planted and the total number is now well over.
• Created and managed a successful Groupon campaign that for the first time kept the financial accounts positive during the off season months of January and February.
• Partnered with a James Beard Nominated chef to create a menu designed around local cuisine and Natali Vineyard's wines for offsite wine pairing dinners.
• I was chosen to pair the wines for the James Beard Annual New Years Eve dinner in Manhattan. I reached out to the six of the vineyards in Cape May County and successfully introduced Cape May wines to an elite culinary.
• Increased the number of retail outlets that were carrying Natali wines, which consisted of completing federal paperwork, training staff members of the outlets and managing the inventory and accounts.

• Traveled into the Amazonian region of Peru to evaluate different social projects as a partnership initiative
• Recruited volunteers for a social project that worked within the outskirts of Lima to construct family gardens for children of low-income families.
• Designed social media and Website content that was geared towards volunteer recruitment and event marketing.
• Participated in a 180 mile Amazon River Raft Race with the mission of boosting tourism and raising awareness. The three day race required the construction of a raft that was built from 8 logs and any materials that.
