    I worked for Pinellas County Schools rebuilding the district's MOODLE training. I am working with a team to create interactive, collaborative learning using Camtasia and Captivate. It focuses on MOODLE resources and activities. In this position, I worked with one other team member to create 10 training tracks composed of 7-12 courses for different skills sets and groups within Pinellas County Schools. These comprised groups such as principals, teachers, guidance counselors, district staff, and school staff. Each course was comprised of a video covering the topic and an interactive quiz walking the participant through the steps. I provided face-to-face facilitation sessions throughout the district in addition to the online component.This training was completed by our team without benefit of an ID team.I finished developing SMART board integration training with a different team, which is comprised of three courses for a a total of 18 hours of training. This was also done on Captivate, where I was the Captivate resource for the team. The training was used as part of the MOODLE course. Prior projects include administering training for 10,000 + staff for their new student management system. I handle project management and crediting component points for the training as well as building the online simulations, assessments, and spreadsheets.
