Elizabeth is passionate about the intersection of the environment, social justice, and community development. As a lifelong Michigander, she is committed to making a positive impact in her community in Detroit and across Michigan. Elizabeth believes that utility bills should be affordable, renewable energy should be accessible, and everyone should have the opportunity to be a part of combatting climate change. She loves working on these climate and energy justice issues as the Associate Director of Community Programs for Elevate's Michigan team. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys anything outdoors - sailing competitively, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and watercolor painting.
