-Perform opening and closing duties (creating selling card, coverage sheet, bringing deposits to the bank, counting in/out the registers, etc.)-Act as Selling Manager: check in each associate as they clock in, informing them of their zones, responsibilities, and any goals for their shift; ensure that all customers are greeted upon entry and are properly assisted throughout their entire shopping experience-Handle any customer issues making sure they leave the store satisfied with their experience-Plan rollouts: -Prepare for new product coming in to the store, assuring that all product has a destination-Create task lists and assign these to associates based on their skillsets-Make executive decisions about placing merchandise that may require overriding the Visual Book if it is in the best interest of our store’s layout and shopping patterns-Perform visual duties on a daily basis, filling product, rearranging product that is broken in sizes or has been sold through, and replacing displays as needed
