In addition to my professional career, I have served as the Director of Auxiliaries for the BCHS Marching Band and Coach to the Tigerettes (dance team) and Tiger (color) Guard since April of 2010.As of April of 2015, I also became the Coach of the BMMS Tiger Paw dance team.

•Oversee production plan for manufacturing operations to ensure the daily, monthly, and quarterly production targets of the various departments/lines are met, utilizing capacity planning to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, and revenue targets are achieved while implementing additional processes as necessary, keeping continuous improvement and total customer value at the forefront of decision making•Oversee the shipping department while working coherently with the master scheduler and sales department to manage the production flow in order to ensure promise dates to customers are achieved and on time delivery is maintained•Serve as the manufacturing super-user for AS400 software, Business Process Control Systems (BPCS)•Project Manager for 3rd Party Logistics Company implementation and sustainability: Serve as the liaison between Quincy and the 3PL in order to establish strong business relations and maintain a productive partnership and Manage daily 3PL operations in order to support just in time material deliveries while overseeing continuous improvement and/or process changes to support increased efficiency and overall lean operations•Materials Manager over seven (7) material planners, responsible for implementing supply chain improvements, upgrade of the MRP system, and inventory reduction

•Lead the daily production plan for manufacturing operations to ensure the daily production rate of the line was met, utilizing capacity planning to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality and revenue targets were achieved•Utilized lean manufacturing initiatives to ramp up production, implement continuous improvement, minimize waste and downtime, while simultaneously overseeing the phase in of a newly designed platform and phase-out of the discontinued product

•Administered new, special and redesign projects for the small and large rotary compressor divisions, which included rotary screw compressors of 20-300hp•Involved in the composition of the Master Specification for new and redesign projects and ensured the adherence to the Master Specification by supervising projects from concept to product, following the established processes to ensure the end product benefited the mutual requirements of the Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering departments•Performed technical calculations to determine functional specifications for component selection•Participated in the design process and approved drawings and schematics from team engineers •Conducted regular Project Team Meetings throughout the project phases to establish project goals, delegate pertinent action items and follow through with finalizing decisions•Prepared and presented comprehensive presentations in order to provide monthly updates on the progress of projects to the Project Approvals Committee•Built cost models, established product grouping, and determined final component selections based on technical specifications and required design criteria, while simultaneously driving continuous improvement•Responsible for the phase-in, phase-out and overall launch of the redesigns of the 20-30hp fixed and variable speed premium compressors into a common, cost effective platform that incorporated six compressor models•Responsible for the redesigns and prototype testing of the 125hp-200hp fixed and variable speed premium compressors into a common platform that incorporated six compressor models •Lead the design of the production line for the 20-30hp compressor platform using lean manufacturing criteria, including establishing line dimensions, standard work operations, kanban calculations, material storage and handling processes, functional test parameters, and defining the overall flow process from order to shipment

•Planned and executed well intervention operations for Gulf of Mexico deepwater tension leg platforms, including acid stimulations, nitrogen displacements, and wire line operations for both mechanical remediation and logging•Involved in the design and selection process of well completion equipment and materials, including tubing, valves, packers, screens, pumps, and perforation guns, as well as the selection of completion fluids•Served as a field supervisor for South Texas land well operations overseeing well completion operations, including coiled tubing, perforating, slick line, electric line, and flow back operations•Organized and updated the Gulf of Mexico Completions and Well Intervention Database in order to identify best practices and lessons learned, as well as analyzed production and cost data in order to achieve top quartile performance•Managed and organized a team to implement rDTL (revitalizing delivering the limit) efforts for Gulf of Mexico acid stimulations and Mobile Bay Fairway field tubing washes in order to track Key Performance Indicators to improve operational efficiency, increase production, and reduce costs by an average of 20%•Involved in the revamping of the Gulf of Mexico well intervention work process in order to streamline office operations to function more efficiently, therefore, eliminating waste and increasing production•Successfully completed the Shell Exploration & Production Completions and Well Interventions Round 1 comprehensive exam
