Office Systems Programmer.Program MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Create & Program Adobe Acrobat Forms.Develop document backup application used firmwide.Develop custom numbering & cleanup solution & interface used by Trust & Estate attorneys and secretaries. Work closely with HotDocs developer (Greenlaurel Solutions LLC) to ensure smooth template updates, and customize cleanup code to handle known Word glitches and the complex numbering solution implemented in the templates. Manage installation & integration of add-in applications with MS Word & Lotus Notes. Work closely with groups responsible for the distribution and network management of those applications. Develop close relationship with Vendors to ensure smooth delivery of software and quick solutions to difficulties encountered. Vendors are: Microsystems, Adobe, Workshare. Provide training to the training staff, support Help Desk Analysts and Troubleshooters.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service to the firm's user population. Software Training. Create training syllabi for trainers (Word, iManage, RightFax, In-House custom solutions). Create outlines for students. Create student exercises. Write Hot Tips for software used in firm. Update firm intranet web page. Program HotDocs. Write articles in periodic technical newsletter distributed firm-wide.
