• Process USFHP applications and initial payments • Maintain internal account consistency to DEERS/DOES Systems Responsible for member’s upcoming premium payment information and maintenance Reconcile individual premium payments and clearing out of balances in CHP+ billing accounts Create and calculate invoices and billing materials to be sent directly USFHP members Review and resolve billing inconsistencies and errors Streamlining the billing and collections process Collaborate with other departments such as Member Services to train and assist with escalated situations involving member accounts.
