My position: Member of Arlas Global Procurement Leadership Team - Director level. Strategic Direction setting of Arla Procurement ExcellenceManaging and developing the Global Procurement process and tools via our team, consisting of 34 employees, various nationalities, both in Denmark and Poland.Responsible for the source to order processes and tools.Responsible for reporting, analysis and supplier data. Results:Introduced and implemented SAP Ariba procurement P2O (ordering) tool, in 6 European countries, as well as sourcing-, contract and supplier information tool. Created procurement website: Arla.com/procurement - https://www.arla.com/company/procurement/Increased employee satisfaction survey for latest 5 consecutive years, during massive changes for my team. Personal performance results: Scored minimum strong or exceptional for my performance each year.Built a new team of 14 employees in Poland.

My position: Consolidation of procurement/sourcing from 5 local national procurement organizations to one central strategic supplier mass. Results: Established platform of 14 core general agreements, with major savings and product harmonisation. Ensured compliance, by establishing central call off procedures. Major savings, exceeding targets.

My position:Responsible for negotiating and contracting suppliers, in the category CAPEX and MRO – production.Supporting engineers and technicians in commercial aspects of sourcing machines and spare parts/services.Responsible for negotiations in a project lead by consultants from Booz Allen Hamilton, in the category MRO (spare parts and maintenance services)Results:Sky high saving on robot ride (Power Builder) in Legoland parkHigh saving on British Legoland ride, Extreme racers.Savings according to target year on year. Above target saving on MRO Sourcing for the Future project. Above target saving on investment of selfcoloring equipment for moulding.

My position:Establishing a platform of contracts with Nordic (Scandinavian) suppliers in a group of wholesalers in the industry of tissue and office equipment. Identifying potentially commonly used suppliers within the group and negotiate pan Nordic contracts with these suppliers on behalf of the group members. Results: I managed to coordinate and get numerous contracts signed.

My position:Purchasing school items, watches, calendars etc. for a Danish retail chain of book stores including stationary assortment. Gathering and purchasing items for sales in Bog & Ide retail chain. Sourcing from low cost countries such as Taiwan and China. Travelling and negotiating with suppliers from these countries. Results: Turnover increased on trend items, Improved on gross profit, and reduced inventory level

My position:Responsible for selecting suppliers and assortment, then negotiating terms for the assortment of toys for Bilka and AZ stores in Denmark. Ensuring best prices and responsible for inventory level in central warehouse.Results:I was assessed a strong performer by my manager.

My position:Assisting the Category Manager with administrative tasks. Ordering kitchenware from Danish and international suppliers, inventory management.Responsible for shipment of goods for assortment and campaigns from supplier or warehouse to stores. Results:Rewarded a special bonus in 1991 for being an exceptional assistant.

My position: First full time position after my studies. Sales administration for French and US market. Taking care of customer requests from US and French market, and supporting the local sales staff in these markets with administration tasks.
