I was initially hired as a sales and marketing assistant and was quickly promoted to office manager, after a year I was promoted again to be the Director of Operations. I was responsible for inventory management, quality management, purchasing/procurement, shipping logistics, directing NSF audits of the manufacturing plant, and HR responsibilities.

As office manager, I was responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day operations in the office as well as dispatching and otherwise assisting technicians in the field. My responsibilities included requesting, organizing, sending, and filing all relevant insurance, contracts, and other legally binding documents for corporate and government-contracted jobs. I also was responsible for maintaining and updating the companies' tax, accounting, and employee files for company audits.

As a Document Specialist I was responsible for transcribing claims, proof-reading policies, among other documents, communicating with various departments, sending/receiving documents.
