I want to push them towards growth and ultimately have a hand in creating a strong culture within Wealthquest. When I was young, I was taught that women are capable of anything. I naturally gravitated towards leadership roles and learned what it looked like to be a leader.I’ve had great mentors who’ve helped me confidently “jump into the deep end” - to push me outside my comfort zone in order to learn new skills and pursue growth.
