As the CEO and Creator of Dexty, I help professionals achieve their career goals through language coaching, tailoring the approach to their performance needs. With over 20 years of experience in education and training, I have influenced the professional language development of more than 25,000 people.I enjoy contributing to teacher training, designing 'Learn by Doing' programs, and creating customized courses that meet the needs of individuals and businesses. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching English and a TKT Cambridge certification, and I am proud to be a distinguished teacher turned coach, with strong skills in leadership and group management.As an entrepreneur, I have co-founded language schools with regional presence, leveraging my leadership skills and teaching expertise. My latest venture is Dexty, an Online Training Center that, under my direction, helps people who use English in their work life to develop confidence and fluency to advance their careers.I trust that our team's experience, combined with the customer service-focused training, allows us to fulfill our promise of improving our clients' language skills.
