The team's leadership at Walmart has thrived since my joining in August 2022, leveraging my Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashworth College. Since specializing in technological innovation for my entire career; not only with Walmart but also during my time at Expedia Group, where I assisted in the creation and launch of their first ever “Work @ Home” sector, I've developed a keen acumen for digital and financial optimization. I truly enjoy fostering an environment where strong interpersonal skills are paramount allowing everyone within my department to feel heard. Collective efforts have resulted in significant progress within our store, towards achieving Walmart's digital objectives with ease, embodying a commitment to continuous store improvement in regard to employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
