I am an educator with extensive experience in instructional design and development. Adaptive, highly motivated, and creative, I bring extensive expertise in designing and enhancing training programs with a strong emphasis on user accessibility and continual improvement. I have had the privilege collaborating with a number of creative individuals to create highly effective curriculum programs as well conducting a variety of trainings for instructors. As a teacher, I have found myself enjoying my time outside of the classroom examining data and developing these programs and trainings more and more. Because of this, I have decided to transition my career to focus full time on Instructional Design.Throughout my career, I have cultivated a unique background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership, program development, and instructional coaching. This diverse skill set enables me to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.I specialize in developing brain-based content that captures learners' attention and facilitates effective knowledge retention.
