Previous Experience: ST. REGIS, ASPEN: Graduating from Colorado State University in May 2013, I had the opportunity to move to Aspen, Colorado where I worked at one of the most luxurious hotels in the hospitality industry, the St. Regis. Having the opportunity to work with such high expectations lead me to grow in exceptional five star customer service and gain the knowledge of what it means to exceed expectations. Throughout working at the St. Regis I was a part of their mentorship program including event and catering, food and beverage and sales and marketing, group sales. EXCLUSIVE RESORTS LUXURY TRAVEL CLUB: In November 2014 I joined Exclusive Resorts Luxury Vacation Club. In my position I had the opportunity to help create, "Remember When" experiences for my members. Exclusive Resorts is a luxury travel club focused on mostly domestic travel that allow members to stay in luxury residential vacations and group travel to exclusive destinations. This position allowed me to understand what it truly means to have everything at your finger tips. Most members are celebrities, CEOs, Executives or run Fortune 500 companies.ADVENTURE: After planning so many trips for clients I realized that I needed to explore the world for myself. Starting in November 2017-October 2018 I took a trip around the world, visiting 30 countries. I started in Australia, New Zealand and worked my way through Asia and Europe. Meeting so many people, experiencing great culture and food, I wanted to help client's find the comfort and excitement in travel that I have found.INSPIRATO, LUXURY TRAVEL CLUB: Once I returned back to the States I joined the Bespoke Team at Inspirato, where I eventually became the Sales Manager for the Bespoke Team selling over 12 million dollars a year in Luxury Travel Sales. The team's focus created custom, high end international itineraries.

A Year Around The WorldTravel Nov 2017 - Oct 2018After having helped clients plan amazing trips while at the St. Regis or with Exclusive Resorts I had to experience the world for myself while I had the chance. It has been an amazing year, mostly adventurous and sometimes a little scary as one wanders off away from what is familiar. A successful adventure I can say takes a combination of pre-planning and the ability to be nimble on the go. The pre-planning involves destination research into cultures to be experienced, how to travel safely, budgeting your trip, finding the credit cards that offer the best travel benefits, the ins and outs of travel insurance, what immunizations will one need and how to pack efficiently to fit your itinerary. The nimbleness comes from one’s comfort adjusting on short notice and being aware and using the best travel apps that can find you accommodations, local and international transportation, the quality of guided side trips or local side trips that you can go on your own. As my trip winds down in October I will have visited some 30 countries in 50 weeks from SE Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Eastern and Western Europe and Africa with memories and growing experiences to last a lifetime. Soon I will be back on the job and will have no regrets.

Exclusive AmbassadorExclusive Resorts Nov 2014 - Sep 2017Denver, ColoradoDuring my day to day I speak with members assisting them with their contract details, booking trips including pre-arrival, onsite, post trip follow up and renewal options. As an Ambassador I have detailed knowledge about our 70 locations with over 400 private residences and itinerary based destinations trying to match each family with the right type of experience. After working with most of these members since I have started at Exclusive Resorts I am devoted to learning and understanding the desires. In addition, to being an Account manager I also supervise our Ritz Carlton partnership. In this role I help train the Ritz Carlton team at their Corporate office as well as their onsite teams for our Exclusive Resort members expectations and what we represent as a Private Club. Each year I am involved the negotiations and contractual agreements for our alliance. In addition to having my own members I observe 70 Ritz Carlton members and their travel requirements. Of course the fun part! As a benefit of my position I have been very lucky to travel to more than 12 locations in 2 years and there are four specific locations that I have maintained. These locations include St. Thomas, Aspen, Puglia Italy and Napa Valley. These locations involved scouting prospect residences, training on site staff and communicating to our corporate office residence and location details, changes and maintenance. -
