Throughout my career, I've embraced the practice of creating and implementing preventive practices; and consistency in application of standards, ethics, policies, controls and regulatory compliance, to foster employee trust, reduce complaints/violations, and mitigate risk. When issues do arise, I assess, investigate and take appropriate action toward resolution. Sharing, knowledge, insights and expertise has led me to be a college adjunct instructor, published columnist and guest expert in broadcasting and media.
