But the thing I’ve found that will consistently drive sales is good people working as a team. Whether it’s on the floor with customers, on the loading dock, or an admin behind the scenes, we all play a role in making for an experience that shoppers will want to return to!I have outstanding customer service skills; I’m an exceptional talent at creating a customer service that drives repeat business, and I’ve always had a rigorously, results-driven work ethic.
