Spearheaded two fundraising campaigns per year, increasing donation amounts by over 1,000% in a 3-year period.Cultivated and managed year-round donor relationships, corporate sponsorship, and donor recognition, as well as taking responsibility for adoption of effective donation management technology.Designed and facilitated ‘mass market’ Inclusion workshops in English and/or Hebrew aimed at raising awareness about disabilities and social stigma. Workshops were facilitated for over 3,500 students, synagogue/community center employees, or Shlichim as part of the Jewish Agency’s Shlichim program. Following the success of the Inclusion Workshops, I created an online Inclusion Guide with videos, tools, hacks, downloads and games to further drive awareness of the organization and its fundraising goals.
