Currently I am currently East Area Manager at Bioventus, a global leader in innovations for active healing and surgical orthobiologics. Notably, I innovated a new sales process that contributed to the company’s significant growth and ability to diversify by acquiring 3 companies (Bioness, Misonix, and CartiHeal) and further enhance is reputation as a trusted partner for physicians worldwide. Previously as Executive Sales Rep, I consistently overachieved my quotas in bone stimulator and hyaluronic acid markets.My experience at Bioventus also includes serving as a Regional Trainer to assist new hires, being selected as one of 10 sales reps to serve on a team tasked with approving changes made to the company’s U.S. sales force and participating on the Board to establish mentors / mentees as part of the company’s Women in Leadership program. In addition, I was a mentor and mentee for 4 years.Prior to Bioventus, I was a sales rep at Smith& Nephew, a portfolio medical technology business focused on the repair, regeneration, and replacement of soft and hard tissue. Despite challenges with my assigned territories lacking market presence and significant prior business, I continually surpassed my quotas and gained market share from top competitors for knee injection and bone stimulator products. During my early career I owned and operated a physical therapy practice.
