Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.

• Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing all marketing and promotional aspects of five radio stations.• Work directly with Sales department to implement programming ideas, execute sales driven promotions and assist with sales packages to achieve and/or exceed budgets.• Plan, supervise and execute all major station events.• Build community support and fulfill all media partnership agreements with non-profit groups such as American Cancer Society, Wabash Center, YWCA, Food Finders Food Bank, Purdue Cancer Research Center, etc.• Facilitate proactive communication between sales and programming with added value requests and revenue generating opportunities for clients.• Outline, schedule and execute yearly promotional calendars for five stations.• Update and maintain station websites/email clubs/text clubs/facebook pages/twitter pages daily to ensure all information is current and accurate.• Design promotional/programming/sales graphics used on websites.
