*Supervise program particpants at assigned job site to ensure timely and successful completion of all assignments*Provide group and/or individualized instruction in all aspects of work assignments in transitional work program*Communicate with case managers and supervisors on site and employers off site to review productivity and quality of consumers' work

*Implement educational and therapeutic goals in school and community-based programs*Act as primary liaison between schools and home environments*Successfully transition special needs student from preschool to community-based environment*Develop and promote student's future goals

*Provide discrete trial instruction in accordance with the students' IEP goals and objectives*Manage students' behavior using plans based on ABC and other sequential data*Facilitate learning opportunities using incidental learning and generalization techniques*Maintain data collection in order to determine patterns, trends and progress in child's learning*Modify classroom assignments to match child's academic ability levels
