Responsible for leveraging consumer insights to drive connections between foodservice operators and the Land O’Lakes dairy foods brand, building awareness and consideration to accelerate sales.• Overhauled approach to eCommerce creative, transitioning from ad hoc requests to a strategic marketing plan. Gained alignment on messaging with business marketing and sales, directed agency through creative iterations, and mapped out campaigns based on key moments within the customer journey. In 2023, oversaw 4+ campaigns, resulting in an uptick in engagement and selling more than 42K cases of product to targeted customers.• Implemented omnichannel campaign to honor school nutrition staff and increase brand awareness. Led creative development with external agency, then convened engagement channel leads from all four Land O’Lakes brand teams to distribute audience-specific content to multiple social media platforms, email lists, and sales teams. In total, saw 4.5K landing page views and 835K impressions generated across brands.• During the height of Covid-19, quickly adapted the foodservice bi-annual product trial campaign to incorporate solutions-based messaging to address customer challenges. The campaign exceeded the benchmark KPI for sample requests and led to a 2% purchase rate.• Launched the How Do You Queso? Chef Competition to drive product trial and user-generated content for Land O’Lakes social channels. More than 200 chefs participated, submitting more than 100 social posts.
