Oversee the strategic and tactical implementation of the museum's major donor society, the Sustaining Fellows. The mission of the Sustaining Fellows is to cultivate and foster enduring and intimate relationships between the Art Institute and donors giving $2,500-$250,000 in annual unrestricted support to the institution. RECENT HIGHLIGHTS+ Exceeded fundraising goals for fiscal year 2014, growing membership and revenues by 4% over fiscal year 2013, and 12% over fiscal year 2012.+ Maintained 90%+ retention rate of Sustaining Fellows for fiscal years 2013 and 2014.+ Acquired 70 new households for support in fiscal year 2014 through personal solicitations, peer-to-peer solicitations/volunteer management and direct mail.+ Launched and executed a campaign for younger membership, acquiring 17 new households under the age of 40. + Oversaw the strategy and execution of Sustaining Fellows programming and travel initiatives. + Conceived and produced cultivation and stewardship materials and events for the museum's highest level of donors.+ Managed a portfolio of 50 museum donors and prospects in varying phases of qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. + Supported the Chairman of the Sustaining Fellows, among other volunteers, on peer-to-peer solicitation and cultivation efforts.+ Advised and participated in the strategy for soliciting and stewarding the museum's Board of Trustees. + Promoted in April 2014 from the Associate Director of Individual Giving, to the Director of the Sustaining Fellows, managing the Associate Director of Individual Giving and the Sustaining Fellows Coordinator.
