La seguridad ocupacional y organizacional es mucho más que mi profesión, es mi pasión. Y las personas, el valor más importante y a la vez mi motivación. Mis inicios profesionales en SPA y mi experiencia de más de 10 años en Dept. de Treball e Inspección de Trabajo, conformaron mi capacidad de aprendizaje y desarrollo, con entusiasmo por la prevención, legislación y formación. Posteriormente, en el ámbito de las empresas multinacionales desarrollé mi habilidad de adaptación al cambio, de gestión de equipos y de orientación al cliente externo e interno. Esta trayectoria profesional me ha permitido tener una visión muy amplia de la implementación de la cultura de prevención y de la seguridad, y poder ser proveedora de soluciones y de resultados siempre colaborando transversal y asertivamente. Mi gran logro es generar y establecer la confianza para poder ser inspiración, y guía de las personas en la toma de decisiones que conllevarán a un crecimiento colectivo y con ello del negocio. Siempre consolidando esta confianza con entusiasmo, tenacidad, automotivación y capacidad analítica. Actualmente ofrezco la oportunidad de fomentar e implementar de manera proactiva la cultura de salud física y emocional en empresas comprometidas firmemente con la seguridad y la sostenibilidad. ------ Occupational and organisational safety is much more than my profession, it is my passion. And people, the most important value and at the same time my motivation. My professional beginnings in SPA and my experience of more than 10 years in Dept. de Treball and Inspección de Trabajo, shaped my capacity for learning and development, with enthusiasm for prevention, legislation and training. Subsequently, in the field of multinational companies I developed my ability to adapt to change, team management and external and internal customer orientation. This career path has allowed me to have a very broad vision of the implementation of the culture of prevention and safety, and to be able to provide solutions and results, always collaborating transversally and assertively. My greatest achievement is to generate and establish trust in order to be an inspiration and a guide for people in making decisions that will lead to collective growth and thus to the growth of the business. Always consolidating this trust with enthusiasm, tenacity, self-motivation and analytical skills.
