This was secondment position through Smith & Nephew Research Centre into an academic research group based in Galway / Ireland. This collaborative project between industry and academia aimed to commercialise the application of stem cells for osteoarthritis therapy. My role was to lead aspects of deciphering the product mode of action, potency and device design.
