OPP is a central intake point for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau's (MCHB) external stakeholders, including HRSA counterpoints in grants, budget, legislation, policy analysis, and communications, as well as the broader federal community and the public. OPP coordinates with Division and Office staff on a range of policy and planning assignments, including legislative engagement, appropriations, public affairs, and grants planning.
