-Assists faculty and staff with the design, development, and implementation of technology-enhanced courses and projects-Provides training and support for various software tools and platforms that support good pedagogy-Researches and evaluates emerging technologies and best practices for teaching and learning-Assists with professional communication between TLOS and faculty-Collaborates with other graduate assistants and staff members on various tasks and initiatives

-Plan and execute outreach events for stakeholders including underserved K-12 students, Tier 1, 2, & 3 elected government officials, and segmented populations in the Blacksburg community-Manage deliverables: communication plan, needs assessment, blog posts socialmedia campaigns, and maintain stakeholder relationships for MathWorks, General Motors, and DOE-Hire, manage, and mentor the communications sub-team and co-lead team of 70+ members-Increase visibility of HEVT through social media and campaign management by driving a 10% increase of engagement on HEVTs platforms

-Develops narrative stories that follow the communications plan to increase the visibility of thedepartment’s key messages, mission, and central goals-Manage and create content for the Department of Public Health’s social media: LinkedIn, Instagram,Facebook-Leads the development of the public health programs webpage

-Responsible for creation of a website-based portal for the U.S. DOE: Advanced Vehicle TechnologyCompetitions (ATVCs) Alumni Program with over 30,000 alumni-Develop communication deliverables (press releases, blog posts, graphics, etc.)-Build social media graphics and calendar for: The EcoCAR EV Challenge, Batt Workforce, and AVTCs-Tailor and create STEM educational materials for K-12 students and adult audiences

-Single Handedly serve lunch and drinks up to 300 golfers, over a 150 acre golf course for scheduled tournaments and daily operation-Responsible for product inventory reports, all cash deposits, and receiving inventory from vendors.

-Responsible for logistical seminar planning regarding the TLOS website, calendar, and courses-Designed flyers and graphics using the Adobe Suite, to be distributed to up to 500 individuals-Updated course records and strategically chose material and coursework-Planned events with up to 100 attendees
