Vinely pioneered a transformative approach to buying and enjoying wine. As a co-founder and the VP of Sales and Marketing, I had the opportunity to be deeply involved in shaping the company's direction and unique market presence.My contributions at Vinely began with a comprehensive market analysis, which was instrumental in securing our initial seed round funding. Inspired by the diversity and complexity of wine, I led the creation of our brand identity - including naming the company and creating the entire brand system that encapsulates our unique approach to wine.One of my most impactful initiatives was the development of unique customer archetypes - our "wine personalities". This innovative, personalized approach to wine selection was a key component of our go-to-market strategy and played a significant role in securing venture capital funding.As the VP of Sales and Marketing, my responsibilities were multi-faceted and spanned across the organization. I had the pleasure of working closely with our wine buyers and managing various wine events, which further deepened our relationships with distributors and customers. I also had the privilege of leading highly talented sales and marketing teams on both the East and West coasts.

Served as a member of the executive committee, chair of the sponsorship committee, and chair-elect of the AAF National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC).

Led all marketing communication efforts for the largest scrip fundraising company in the United States. I created and implemented a marketing strategy and process that streamlined the execution of demands from internal departments, increased effectiveness of promotions and special offers with retail partners and improved the overall efficiencies of the Marketing team. I also created a two year editorial calendar with a consistent look and feel, formalized brand philosophy and clear messaging which increased advertising profits.

Led marketing strategies across digital, social media, events, philanthropic partnerships, and traditional advertising channels. Served in critical roles, including Brand Manager, Advertising Sponsorship Lead, SWAT Team Lead, and Project Manager.Key Achievements Included:• Developed mobile brand experiences for Health & Beauty lifestyle brands. Including the buildout of vehicles, various promotional tactics, celebrity endorsements, advertising, expos, and social media.• Managed the launch of the Dominican Republic eCommerce site. This required interface withtranslation service, legal, and regulatory staff. Increased market sales by 15%.• Achieved $10 million in sales for two product lines (with more than 40 SKUS) in less than 4 months while improving Idea-to-Launch from 3 years to 6 months.• Managed a $64 million dollar marketing, advertising, and social media budget to initiate and activate campaigns, improving brand reputation from -4 net favorability to a +5 in two years.• Developed a process to leverage and evaluate agency and vendor capabilities in a centralizedshared database.• Identified and negotiated celebrity endorsements and developed campaigns to support nutritional brands.
