Oversee approximately $40M in annual grant-making—the largest human service investment, behind government, across a six county metropolitan footprint.Transform UWMC from a broad based historical funder (with 500 agency partners) to an impact organization whose investments support evidence-based Income, Education, Health, and Crisis strategies associated with prescribed metrics; narrow and deepen investments to reach defined impact; narrow agency partner pool to 200 partners (2008-2011).Architect UWMC’s Live United 2020 vision—a ten year commitment to communities of highest need across the metropolitan region (from 276 neighborhoods down to 47); weave together human service infrastructure; measure the impact amplification of integrated service delivery.

Ultimately responsible for stewardship of 58% of UWMC's total funding. Seamless launch of income and health initiatives led to promotions each year, culminating in VP position in 2010.
