So my work is based on the assumption that we are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience.My beginnings were steeped in references to the perennial philosophy. My parents were 60’s spiritual seekers that tried various teachings. Coupled with this was my mother’s interest in psychology which transferred onto me.I became qualified as an NLP practitioner 20 years ago and since then I have also become qualified as a Pranic Energy Healer, an EFT practitioner, a Hypnotherapist, a life coach and a Tarot Coach.I am passionate about helping people realise their true potential and a lot of the time all that is needed is the right tools and guidance to unlock your true self
