STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP – When I arrived in my current role at EnvironForensics, there were multiple tactics but no overarching plan. I worked with leadership to briefly pause the activity and develop a vision. This revised strategy included a content overhaul and has boosted customer leads +434%. CUSTOMER FOCUS – As the first Content Strategy hire at Adobe, there was not a digital content roadmap to follow. Experience guided me to bring cohesion and a tight customer focus to all communications. I followed this to develop a cycle of engaging content, data analysis, and message refinement, which drove downloads and converted downloaders to active users. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION – Taking time to understand pain points is key. In my current role at EnviroForensics, I have used storytelling, raw enthusiasm, and data to persuade senior leadership to invest in new digital strategies. At Adobe, I used influence and customized data reporting to build trust between teams and focus stakeholders on the customer. CREATIVE EXECUTIONS – In all of my roles, I dive into the customer journey, see white space, and communicate brand value. Flawless executions are key.
