  I am currently specialising in education journalism with a particular interest in professional learning for teachers (see www.optimus-education.com/) as well as authoring books for teachers and teaching assistants on a range of issues such as teacher well-being, school inspection and starting out as an NQT. I also prepare and deliver training for all school staff on a range of topics, themes and issues.In addition, I lecture on initial teacher training courses at the University of Chichester as well as the undergraduate Theology and Religious Studies BA course.
