Responsible for a Medicaid Waiver caseload in Lake and Porter counties. • Provided direct therapeutic interventions to the clients, by teaching, modeling, and coaching of ABA techniques directed to increase language and communication skills, social skills, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills. • Developed Behavior Support Plans that clearly defined target behaviors with observable and measurable replacement behaviors that facilitated client growth and maximized their potential. • Maintained progress notes for every client contact and submitted progress notes, billing forms, and all other required documents to payroll at the end of each pay period. • Communicated confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, teachers and parents as to the state and progress of their clients individual progress as well as to any changes or adjustments to plans that needed to be made. • Works closely with other team care members in order to facilitate a comprehensive plan to effectively create change for the betterment of clients. • Caseload that consisted of all clients of various ages and various disabilities. • Provide instruction to clients utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
