•Assemble and maintain an active schedule for Customer Service/Dispatch Associates. •Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily operations of Customer Service/Dispatch functions:•Execution of Associate training and disciplinary actions •Ensure customer issues are resolved appropriately and accurately.•Ensure customer refunds are appropriate, authorized. and processed accurately•Provide daily coaching and training for department associates as necessary•Introduce, implement, and execute new or changed processes, procedures, and /or new program initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate directives.•Assist in obtaining data, conducting research, creating reports, and providing analysis to meet the needs of management, provide field support, and to respond to customer and/or business issues.•Serve as primary backup for the department in the event of associate personal time off and assume the duties of various Customer Service/Dispatch positions when necessary.
