Elizabeth is a business consultant with 25 years of experience in strategy, project management, marketing, innovation, integration, R&D and Lean Six Sigma at various healthcare companies. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and subsequently worked for Bristol Myers Squibb followed by Cardinal Health as a product/process engineer.At Cardinal, she transitioned into marketing, obtained a lean six sigma black belt, and served as Director of Innovation and Marketing. She started egh in 2012 and has been providing small to large medical device companies with a range of services including strategy, integration/transition management, marketing, and project management. She has grown the egh team to include multiple talented consultants.Liz was a finalist in the 2024 World Championship of Public Speaking. She is a regular guest on Becker's Private Equity podcast they discuss topics on leadership, business strategy, innovation, professional development and more. Liz enjoys martial arts and singing.
