Working to implement Workday Absence module for basic time off, advanced time off, and basic leaves of absence. Project team is cross functional with strong partnerships with HCM Core (launched last year), Time Tracking, and Payroll.

Managed roadmap and prioritization requests for AWS Partner Central, an online portal for registered Partners to access sales enablement resources. Built on Salesforce Communities, the portal leveraged core CRM functionalities including lead generation, opportunity management, and account maintenance. Served in various roles including QA, basic administration, and project lead.

Served in various program, project management and analyst roles within Corporate and High Volume Recruiting (HVH). Within corporate recruiting, launched and maintained new services for international Channel Vendor (job board & recruiting systems) and Employee Referral programs. Worked on a multi-year project to deprecate to existing applicant tracking system with a new internal program. Within HVH, was part of project team to deprecate a different application tracking system with a new one built from the ground up - using Salesforce technologies.

Gained experience and exposure to internal HRIS, compensation & benefit, time & pay, and performance management systems through launch and maintenance of HR Project Management Office (PMO). Worked closely with business and technical teams to align requirements, priorities and expectations. Also served as project or project manager of Kronos time and pay implementations in Costa Rica, China, and Japan.

Built and managed operational tools and processes to improve productivity. Projects included launching new document management system, creating automated workflows for onboarding and budget management, and working with partners in partners in legal, finance, and human resources to build and maintain an efficient method to manage the creation of new Amazon entities.

Supported team of over 200+ tax professionals by automating manual processes and introducing standard business practices. Migrated or rebuilt numerous team SharePoint 2007 sites to a central department wide Tax SharePoint 2010 site. Worked with individual Tax teams to develop new sub-sites, forms, and internal workflows.
