Oversees and manages Film Bath LTD who produce the annual Film Festival, Bath Film Club and IMDb Award evenings. The role includes managing the charity’s strategic planning, marketing, PR, digital, tech, HR, finances & governance.

Planning and executing strategic marketing plans for all Bath Festivals activity including The Bath Festival and Bath Children’s Literature Festival

All job duties listed in previous job role as Senior Box Office Assistant and in addition to this: * Managing and developing all marketing aspects of the Box Office including e-newsletters, website content, social media and non-digital marketing services.* Extracting sales and data analysis to provide the Box Office and it’s clients with a deeper understanding of sales patterns and audience behaviour.* Working in partnership with clients to help and advice them during the sales period of their event and encourage them to make the most of Bath Box Office services.

* Processing ticket orders, and assisting and advising customers on event content, seat selection and venue access, displaying a high level of proactive customer care at all times.* Supervising the box office assistants by answering any queries they have and assisting them with any problems that may have arisen in the Box Office. * Making sure the day to day running of the Box Office is going smoothly, ensuring that the box office assistants have all the information and resources they may need.* Operating accurate and efficient set-up and operational management of Box Office procedures for Bath Festivals events and all Box Office clients.* Maintaining accurate sales and banking records in liaison with the Finance Officer.* Assisting the Box Office Manager in maintaining the Bath Box Office website. As well as managing and developing the social media accounts.* Assisting with the accumulation and maintenance of an accurate and relevant customer database and statistical information for Bath Festivals and its clients and contacts. * Producing comprehensive sales and marketing reports and processing mailshots, with a full understanding of the Data Protection Law requirements on database management.* Providing marketing services to Box office clients including selling and compiling the monthly e-newsletter and bespoke e-newsletters.

* Ensuring the safety and well being of visitors to Bath Spa University venues, and to provide professional front of house service in the roles of Steward, Bar Staff and Box Office staff.* Proficient in greeting and assisting customers to the venues, operating the box office system, running the bar according to the regulations of the Licence and the Venue, handling cash safely and accurately, operating a computerised till and managing stock control.* Supporting visiting and in-house artists and performers, and assisting the Events Manager in creating the perfect environment for a successful event.

* Working in a high pressure environment to create the best day possible for the newlyweds and their guests.

* Working at University of Bath and Bath Spa University at freshers events to promote Endsleigh insurance and inform them of any current insurance cover they already have. * Working in a team to successfully communicate the options available regarding insurance in a friendly and informative manner.
