In 2020, started summarizing all preps to strategize the plan for delivering deal making vision under my UD creative leadership for impactful RE + engagement from early conception to best execution getting us positive transformation as model of City- Community Building and Planning Partnerships for Purpose in Action Initiatives, I delivered all creative ArchUrban Content Development, Placemaking Direction and Communication/Marketing for Creative Problem Solving. Thanks to founded YCSSC seniors' working movement as democratic platform for getting quality health improvements in Seniors Health Village (SHV™), we got residents’ big support and their hearts since 2019! This is our last chance to create truly age-friendly, inclusive and resilient co-living model serving our community with unlimited opportunities to grow healthier through life. We trusted research to balance economic development with cultural identity as "build-in solution" for healthy social infrastructure in ARBO. These proactive ESG standards supports practices to develop, monitor and works in all phases was incredibly urgent in my ground-through leading work during the pre-development. In May 2021, we submitted proposed Seniors Health Village (SHV™) concept plan-guides for mixed-use development to The City of Toronto and all was approved by NYCC and City Council in July 2022. Thanks to massive preparation work done in early project development stage, YC residents' were able to see conceptually all health issues to be solved during next planned, developed and professionally supported phases of collaboration process. We’re working on proposed build-in strategic transformation plan helping to optimize Downsview community expansion thanks to smart investment injected into age healthy-well solutions starting now.
