I’m an independent retail and ecommerce specialist, with 18 years consulting and operational experience. I work for CEOs of retail businesses of all sizes as an advisor or as part of the management team on an interim basis. I speak fluent tech and often bridge the gap between the business and technology teams.I help clients:- develop their online or multichannel strategy- optimise their trading processes and digital marketing campaigns to increase online profitability- make decisions about ecommerce technology and implement new systems- build teams and recruit the right people- set up their first ecommerce venture- manage their ecommerce team during an interim period- evaluate their investments in online businessesMost recently I have worked with luxury and premium brands David Austin Roses, Ancient + Brave, Mahabis, Sunspel, Nicola Harding, Bombshell, Roland Mouret, Nina Runsdorf, Peter Pilotto, House of Hackney, Mamas & Papas, Fiorucci, Orlebar Brown, Thom Sweeney, and Anya Hindmarch, where I was Digital Director for three years. Before going free-range as an independent consultant, I worked for the Javelin Group, specialist consultancy in retail strategy and digital transformation (now part of Accenture). As well as the more operational projects, I'm very pleased to be undertaking strategy consulting assignments as part of Eden McCallum's team of independent consultants.I've expanded Quintry's capacity with the support of a team of associate consultants, enabling me to pull together the right skillset for each project. Our current project portfolio is extremely varied, but our focus areas are organisational structure, replatforming support and international growth. We are Shopify Partners and now work mostly with Shopify and Shopify Plus clients.
