My practice concentrates on commercial litigation matters with a particular focus on class actions, multi-district litigation, and congressional and internal investigations. I have particular experience in the health insurance and automotive industries.In commercial litigation, I have extensive discovery experience from all aspects of document review and production to depositions, plus significant writing experience including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. My trial experience includes various aspects of trial preparation and attendance, post-trial briefing, and drafting a settlement agreement and ancillary documents for a class action settlement.I have also represented companies in responding to dozens of requests from various Congressional committees for documents and data, preparing witnesses for congressional hearings and interviews, and negotiating the scope of requests with committee staff. I have also conducted internal investigations.
