I previously worked within an SJP Practice in the South of England for over 6 years as a Practice Support Staff employee, having started in 2018 as a part time administrative assistant. I worked closely with colleagues, providing support and technical knowledge when needed, and supported the Director in the growth of his business. I worked closely with St. James’s Place head office and their administration centres. Within the Practice I was responsible for complex incoming queries, in particular all queries and investigations involving the administration of our clients’ Trusts and current Trustee Investments. I have a solid working knowledge of SJP Products, their procedures and policies.I am an experienced user of Voyant and created cashflow reports for our clients. Over the past six years it was recognised by my employer that my strengths were in technical working knowledge, investigations and client relationships, and my position within the business was designed around this. I had several clients for whom I was their first and main point of contact. I worked closely with many families who had inherited complex Trust arrangements from parents who had since passed away or were no longer able to be involved in the management of their own finances. I took part in or held meetings with these clients to guide them in their duties as Trustees or Attorneys. I found this aspect of the role rewarding and received positive feedback from clients with whom I often had a longer standing relationship. Outside of work I have two teenage daughters, and we enjoy attending live music concerts together, often showcasing up and coming local artists.
