Drawing on over fifteen years of experience designing and implementing nation-leading climate policies, I support clients seeking to solve systemic challenges, navigate technical, cultural, and behavioral change, and bring about paradigm shifts in their organizations and in the world. Throughout my time at Cadmus, I advised government and non-profit clients, with a focus on utilizing policy design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to guide local, state, and regional decarbonization efforts. I co-led the Sustainability and Energy practice, directing business development and staff management activities. In 2023, I shifted.

Co-designed Harvard Kennedy School's 2021 Policy Analysis and Communications Exercise focused on international climate negotiations and domestic policy-making ahead of COP26.

I supported implementation and management of the One City: Built to Last Buildings Technical Working Group and technical study, to help develop a pathway to an 80 percent greenhouse gas emissions reduction by 2050, including release of the Technical Working Group Report: Transforming New York City's Buildings for a Low Carbon Future. I also served as the.

I developed and coordinated implementation of the Patrick Administration's key policies to adapt to climate change and increase resiliency in priority areas, including transportation, energy, built environment, and public health. I also assisted the Undersecretary of Environmental Affairs in implementing the Patrick Administration’s environmental agenda.

I coordinated Get Out the Vote (GOTV) activities for Massachusetts 5th and 6th Congressional Districts, responsible for approximately 25% of OFA MA’s canvassing capacity in New Hampshire, fostering growth in high-potential, but low-performing, neighborhood teams, that resulted in 200% increase in canvassing attendance during each weekend of GOTV.

I organized affinity based organizations to build Deval Patrick's grassroots team for his reelection campaign. My work focused particularly on conveying how the policy accomplishments of his first term and his proposed agenda for a second directly related to each constituency.

I conducted research and wrote recommendations on policy issues that were enacted by the Councilwoman. I drafted communications on behalf of the Councilwoman and wrote resolutions passed in City Council. Additionally, I helped to plan and execute events that advanced the Councilwoman's policy objectives.

I developed and implemented a curriculum that taught Philadelphia youth about the FY10 budget cuts. I engaged students in Philadelphia government and politics, including having them testify at City Hall. I educated Philadelphia youth on how to engage using new media, including blogging and video.

I coordinated activities of the Obama Organizing Fellows in South Philadelphia, including voter registration and volunteer recruitment. I assisted the Field Organizer for Temple University and the 20th ward of Philadelphia in organizing Election Day efforts on Temple's campus. Our Get Out the Vote plan helped to increase student turn out.
