As part of the Executive team, I lead the People (HR) function for our global operations. Author-it Software Co. (ASC) is a world leading provider of on-premise and cloud-based products for authoring technical publications, e-learning and pharmaceutical information. Our two software platforms, Docuvera and Author-it, enable the transformation of how our customers create and manage their content, leveraging a component first approach where content is broken down, easily assembled into documents, and reused across their organisation. As the Associate Manager, HR, Australia and New Zealand, I was responsible for providing a broad spectrum of operational HR services and HR business partner support for the ANZ workforce. I partnered across all departments within ANZ to drive key deliverables in the HR calendar such as recruitment, on-boarding, performance, OTD, succession planning and compensation and benefits. I worked closely with the business on major initiatives / projects as they arose.
