About Elizabeth Shaw

At PepsiCo, I lead organizational effectiveness efforts for the North American Beverages business ($20+ billion business with iconic brands like Pepsi, MTN DEW, Gatorade, and bubly). My role is to bring transformation to life ensuring our people, teams, and organization are successful, supported, and reaching their full potential. Previously at PepsiCo, I was a member of the HRBP team supporting the Research & Development, Commercial, and Consumer organizations. I also led the internal HR consulting team for global and corporate clients. Before PepsiCo, I spent six years at American Express in diverse roles and started my career in tech.I hold a Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania. My experience spans people analytics, strategy and planning, executive talent management, assessment and selection, diversity and inclusion, and creation of global programs. I am equal parts big-picture, strategic thinker and leader as well as hands-on teammate.I'm energized by work that improves the employee experience, shapes future of business, and has an impact. My research interests include leadership, meaningful work, and organizational mission.Outside of work, I am an avid golfer, a trivia enthusiast, and frequent Broadway and movie theatergoer.
