- Recruits and assists prospective students in the enrollment process from start to finish at private art and design college- Manages inquiries using CRM while contacting students through cold calling and warm call transfers to conduct full interviews and assist in the application process- Assists with ongoing trainings, continuing education, hiring, and coaching employees.- Helps with planning, developing, and managing promotional marketing materials for events, scholarships, and seminars.- Manages content on social media sites during campus events.- Exceeds sales goals in student applications as well as enrollment for each class start.

- Secures reservations for rentals, personal or business, and sells ancillary products to drive revenue and provide excellent customer service.- Supervises, trains, and coaches management trainees for promotions.- Manages profit and loss statements while working with insurance companies and accounts receivable to collect on bad debt and prepare write-offs for uncollected accounts.- Develops and implements marketing strategies to generate new business and maintain existing at local body shops, dealerships, and corporate companies.
