Wearing glasses since the age of two, I hope to bring a variety of fresh perspectives in facilitating a vision of growth and transformation beyond the limitations of your day-to-day experience.I've been facilitating change as a Coach, Consultant, Business Analyst, and Project Manager for more than 30 years with extensive experience in financial services, information technology, manufacturing, NGO’s, and professional career strategies. Since 2008, I've had the privilege of supporting 200+ executives, managers, and individual contributors through the challenging, inspiring, and often emotional process of career transition whether from a place of unemployment or a clear need for personal and professional change.I'm a Certified Hudson Institute Coach (CHIC) and also received my Masters in Information Technology Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Certificate in Transformational Leadership from Georgetown University, and a BA in French from Salisbury University. Through the Global Business Network, I completed the renowned training "Developing and Using Scenarios" for strengthening organizational strategy and future perspective. I'm qualified to administer and interpret a number of professional development assessments and am also a Certified Reach Personal Brand Strategist. As a global citizen from an early age, I enjoy the free exchange of information and a good intellectual discussion with friends and colleagues. I cannot stand to be land-locked and need to be near large bodies of water - preferably the ocean. Currently, I reside in the port city of Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
