As a keyholder at Birds 'n Paws, I am responsible for opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. I have been working in the retail industry for over a year, starting as a sales associate at Savers | Value Village and then becoming a CDC ambassador, where I promoted the mission of reducing waste and supporting local charities. I have developed skills in cash handling, attention to detail, and creative problem solving, which help me handle various situations and challenges in the store.
