Served as the Reporting and Outreach Specialist for the Real Warriors Campaign (through DCoE). Real Warriors Campaign is a multimedia public awareness initiative of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury, designed to encourage help-seeking behavior among service members, veterans and military families coping with psychological health concerns. In this role, I managed client reporting and content writing, as well as outreach events and partnership engagement.

Worked with Account Services team to provide various client media campaigns, strategic recommendations for digital products, and metrics analytics for campaign performance. Drove efficiencies for an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including production, creative, media, sales and finance to achieve client goals.

Partnered with corporate clients throughout the Richmond, VA area to develop staffing initiatives and fill open roles. Managed full life-cycle recruitment from creating job descriptions to administering performance counseling and coaching.
