Prior to founding South in July 2014, Elizabeth worked 12 years at Unibail-Rodamco, the second largest commercial property company in the world, rising to Deputy Chief Investment Officer through successfully identifying investment opportunities.Elizabeth spearheaded the execution of real estate transaction in Europe, implemented joint-ventures with investors, executed several of the group's divestitures and led the historic EUR 22 billion merger between Unibail and Rodamco.Before becoming a property investment specialist, Elizabeth started her career at the law firm Thelen Reid & Priest and consulting firm Ernst & Young where she conducted legal audits in the real-estate sector.Elizabeth lives in Lisbon with her family. Previously she has lived in Paris, Washington D.C and New York. Elizabeth speaks four languages, including French, English and Portuguese.
