I help neurodivergent people embrace their unique way of moving through the world by utilizing principles of self-partnership, strengths, and somatic/body-based coaching. Living with less shame and a greater sense of self is possible!I am trained and mentored by some of the ADHD coaching greats, Nancy Ratey, Linda Roggli, and Denslow Brown. I am a graduate of the Coach Approach for Organizers Coaching program and certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).Integrating Somatic Experiencing into coaching has made a huge difference for my clients. I’m in my last year of the three year program (expected completion Spring 2025). I continue to learn and sharpen coaching skills through body-based and somatic trauma trainings, providing my clients with a wide range of tools for befriending their nervous system and gaining confidence to function in ways that suit them best.
