• Lead a team of 15 professionals on the Donor Relations team. • Developed and executed a strategic donor relations and stewardship program that inspired and engaged the Association’s top philanthropic supporters • Served as the primary liaison to the National Council on White House History, staffing their meetings, drafting their communications, and developing compelling engagement opportunities for this important philanthropic community• Managed a portfolio of prospects with six to seven-figure gift capacity raising over $635,000 in FY20• Identified and built systems and procedures in all areas of development including, gift processing and reporting, database management, communication, and prospect strategy in an effort to create a cohesive and high functioning development team

Founded and successfully launched a student and young alumni program, intended to serve as a platform for lifelong engagement and giving. Through strategic partnership with the Office of Student Affairs, a culture of engagement was built beginning at matriculation. As a result, the University saw a vastly enhanced student awareness of the lifelong relationship as well as a steady growth in young alumni engagement and participation.
